Most tracking tools are either carrier-specific or require heavy technical integration. TrackMy is designed to work across multiple carriers and agents from a single dashboard, with a zero-friction customer portal, no login required for recipients to check their delivery status.

No. Customers receive a link (via SMS or email) that opens a browser-based tracking page. No app download, no account creation, they just see the live status of their delivery.

TrackMy is in active development. Phase 1 (core tracking) is our current focus. Register your interest and we will notify you when early access opens.

E-commerce API integration is planned for Phase 3. If you have a specific platform in mind (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom), let us know, early partner needs shape our integration roadmap.
