Every sale, stock change, and payment writes to a local database instantly and syncs to the cloud automatically when internet returns. No spinner, no data loss, and no dependence on the shop's connection quality.
Speaks the shopkeeper's language
English, Roman Urdu, and Urdu (Nastaliq, right-to-left), switchable live from the menu. The whole app re-renders in the chosen language, so a salesperson can work in the script they are most comfortable with.

Credit is how Pakistani shops actually run. BabulPOS tracks customer udhari (full / half / custom upfront) with per-customer ledgers and credit limits, plus vendor payables with receivings, ledgers, and payments allocated oldest-first.

Yes. Every sale, stock change, and payment is written to a local database on the device instantly, so checkout never waits on the network. When the connection returns, everything syncs to the cloud automatically in the background. You can run a full day of sales offline without losing anything.

At checkout you can take a sale on udhari with a full, half, or custom upfront amount. Each customer has a ledger of credit sales and repayments, and you can set credit limits, the owner gets a ringing alert when a customer goes over their limit. Recording a repayment later takes a couple of taps.
Yes. BabulPOS has two roles: Owner (full access) and Salesperson, who only sees the sale screens, no reports, stock, or settings. You can add or disable staff accounts at any time, and a disabled account is locked out instantly. The owner also gets a notification whenever a salesperson logs in.

BabulPOS runs in any web browser and as an installable Android APK, no Play Store needed. The app checks a version feed and prompts "Update available" with a one-tap install, so shops always stay on the latest build.
Every shop's data is isolated with Row-Level Security enforced in the database itself, one shop can never see another shop's sales, stock, or customers. Your local data also syncs to the cloud, so a lost or broken device does not mean lost records.
