Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Muhasba, on Android or at muhasba.babultech.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Muhasba is published by BabulTech.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction) to use Muhasba.

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not let anyone else use your account.
• We may suspend or close an account used for abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate points, the leaderboard or the shop.

Your reflections, custom deeds, Qaza counts and feedback remain yours and are private to you. Questions you submit to the Masail knowledge base may be reviewed, edited for clarity and published without your name so that other users benefit from the answer.

Deeds, sayings, du’as, Qur’an text and translations, and Masail rulings are provided for personal reflection and learning. Rulings in the knowledge base are attributed to their scholars and reviewed before publication, but Muhasba is an aid, not a religious authority. For matters that affect your obligations, consult a qualified scholar. Qur’an text is sourced from Tanzil under its attribution licence.

Points, diamonds, streaks and leaderboard rank are a feature of the app with no cash value outside it. They are settled on our servers with daily caps, and may be adjusted, capped or reversed if they were earned through a mistake, an exploit or a breach of these terms.

The in-app shop sells physical items to customers in Pakistan, paid cash on delivery, with points redeemable against the price where a product allows it. Prices and availability are shown at checkout. An order is confirmed when it is accepted in the app, and can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates. Faulty or wrong items will be replaced or refunded; contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Prayer times are computed from your location using the calculation method of your sect and are provided as a convenience; verify with your local mosque where it matters. Notifications depend on your device settings and network, and may be delayed or missed.

• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use automated tools to earn points or answer quizzes.
• Do not post abusive, misleading or unlawful content in feedback, questions or events.

We work to keep the app running well, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, BabulTech is not liable for loss arising from your use of the app, from reliance on its content, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and announce it in the app; continuing to use Muhasba after that means you accept the new terms. You may stop using Muhasba and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
