Delete Your Account

• Your request reaches the Baltio administrators immediately.
• We confirm the request came from the account holder.
• The account and the data listed below are deleted within 30 days.
• We email you to confirm when it is done.

Your profile and every field in it: name, username, CNIC, date of birth, phone, email, address, village, education, employment, skills, family members and dependents. Your profile photo and uploaded images. Your posts, reactions, poll votes, quiz answers, course enrolments and progress, bids, marketplace listings, event RSVPs, job applications, points balance, notifications and device push registration.

Things you made for the community rather than for yourself: an event you organised, a job you posted, a course you wrote. These stay so that the members relying on them are not left with a gap, but they no longer record who created them.

One line in our administrative audit log, noting that an account was deleted, when it was requested and when it was done. It is how we can show the request was honoured. It does not contain your profile.

• Deletion is permanent. Your membership ID is not reissued, and rejoining means registering and being approved again.
• Your diamond balance and rank are lost.
• If you founded a household, the household ID stays with the remaining members.
• Your shop orders and their delivery details are deleted with the account, so settle anything outstanding first.
• A marketplace deal you are in the middle of should be settled first. Baltio is not a party to it and cannot settle it for you.

You do not have to delete anything to stop the app reaching you. Settings → Alerts turns off every notification, and signing out leaves your account untouched.
