Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Baltio you agree to these terms and to the community guidelines below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Baltio is published by BabulTech.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Baltio. Members under 19 are not asked for a CNIC.

• Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Membership is verified by an administrator before a membership ID is issued.
• One account per person. Do not let anyone else use your account, and do not create an account for someone else.
• Your member code and family code are issued once and never reissued. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for impersonation, fraud, or repeated breaches of the guidelines.

What you write and post remains yours. By posting it you give BabulTech permission to store it and show it in the app to the audience you chose. You can edit or delete it at any time.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, including other people’s photographs, documents or private details.

Posts, jobs, listings and events may be reviewed before they appear. We may remove anything that breaks the rules, ask for changes, or decline it. Every moderation decision is recorded and the reason is delivered to you in the app.

A first mistake usually earns a warning. Serious or repeated breaches can stop you posting for a period (a mute or suspension), and the worst can close an account (a ban). You can appeal any restriction from within the app, and appeals are reviewed by a person.

A marketplace deal, whether a sale, a rental, an auction or a free item, is between the buyer and the seller. Baltio is not a party to it, does not handle payment, takes no commission, and does not guarantee any item, price or delivery. Take the usual care: meet in a safe place, inspect before you pay, and keep your own records.

Winning an auction is a commitment to the seller at the closing price. Repeatedly failing to honour bids or listings is a breach of these terms.

Job posts must be for real openings and must not ask for payment from applicants. Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of the details they publish and for what happens at the event. Baltio only relays the information.

Points, diamonds, ranks and badges are a feature of the app with no cash value. They may be adjusted, capped or reversed if they were earned through a mistake, an exploit or a breach of the guidelines.

We work to keep the app running well, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. We are not responsible for what members post, for deals they make, or for loss arising from your use of the app, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and note it in the app; continuing to use Baltio after that means you accept the new terms. You may stop using Baltio and delete your account at any time.
